Hello!!
I am super excited to be guest designing with Clearly Besotted Stamps again this month!!
Such an awesome company with an amazing owner (Stephanie is one of the nicest people I have ever had the chance to get to know in cyber world) and a design team that I am so honoured to be sharing teasers with this week as we count down to the full reveal on the 5th! ;)
For day one of my teasers, I'm sharing a card that I created with the new 'Garden Fresh' stamp set. There are so many great images and the cutest sentiments! I will definitely be using this set a lot!
Warning - it's a pretty bright card lol! ;)
Lettuce Meet Up Soon
Supplies:
InLinkz.com
I used some of the new Green Apple Simon Says Stamp cardstock and ink to create the striped tone-on-tone background and also stamped the lettuce in the same ink. To give the lettuce some darker areas for more dimension, I coloured directly on certain parts of the stamp with a green Memento marker and then stamped over the already stamped image.
I then stamped it again with Versamark ink and added Judikins iridescent embossing powder over top, to make the lettuce glittery.
I wanted the sentiment to run along the bottom of the khaki cardstock piece, so I actually cut the sentiment apart to position it how I wanted it. ;) The middle lettuce is adhered to the card with foam adhesive for a bit of added dimension.
Make sure to stop by tomorrow for day two of teasers!!
Thanks for stopping by today!
