Hello and welcome to my stop on the Simon Says Stamp September card kit blog hop!!
You should have arrived here from the blog of the awesome and super talented Nichol Magouirk, who totally rocked this months kit!! ;)
The September card kit features so many great elements, including the cool new Chalk Studio papers from My Mind's Eye as well as a new Simon Says Stamp stamp set called Life is A Journey and a new banner stencil.
For my card today I decided to use one of the banners from the stencil as the focal point, but rather than use it with paint, inks or mists, I used it as a template to do some stitching on my card front.
I also did some masked stamping with the fun little flowers and leaves that come in the stamp set. I wanted my flowers to look like they were coming out from behind the banner. ;)
Thank You For Everything
