I have a card to share today that features colouring on glitter with Copic markers. It is so hard to photograph how beautiful the coloured glitter looks, but believe me its gorgeous!!

A closer look at the glitter on the flower:

To create the glittered flower and leaves, I added Cool Highlights glitter to a piece of white cardstock covered in a piece of the 2 sided adhesive sheet. I stamped it with black archival ink and then added my copic colouring. The trick with this is to 'dab' your marker within the space you want coloured being careful to avoid the stamped edges so you don't risk the colours smearing.
With this design, I actually dabbed on top of the black lines of the flower as well with a dark red marker to help the edges of the poinsettia blend better and look more natural.
I did the same thing with the leaves and then cut the pieces out and layered them on the card front. And the finished card is so sparkly but in a pretty subtle way.
I kept the rest of the card design pretty simple so the flower could take center stage.
