Holiday Cards

Hello!

Today I have a couple of holiday cards to share using some fun products.
I am just about finished my holiday cards for friends and family, so I decided to take a break from the continuous production line of those and make a couple of cards with a different design.

The first card I created uses Shimmer Sheetz from Elizabeth Crafts. The sheets are an iridescent mylar that add such a beautiful touch to craft projects. When you dry emboss them with an embossing folder, the detail and shine look amazing!

I tried to tilt the card a bit in the light to try and show you the embossing and the rainbow of colours that it has when light hits it. So pretty! To make the snowflakes stand out even more, I sanded over the top of the embossed piece until the white core of the shimmer sheet was showing through.

This second card uses one of my favourite winter stamp lines ever! I have loved the 'Let It Snow' stamp set from Impression Obsession for a couple years now and I have a few different designs of the fun snowmen featured in this set. I have added some of my favourites in the supply links below.

They are such fun designs! And with a bit of colouring and a touch a glitter, they make really great holiday cards.

I'll be back Saturday with another holiday post!
