MFT June Release Countdown | Day 4

Hello and welcome to Day 4 of the My Favorite Things June release countdown! Today I have three cards to share! I just love the products in today's reveal so much that I couldn't stop creating with them lol!!

For my first card today, I used the new Penguins in Paradise stamp set along with one of the circles from the new Zig Zag Stitched Circle Stax die-namics. I love the great stitched detail around these dies and it made the perfect area to create my scene. ;)

I cut the circle from white cardstock first and added some Summer Splash ink with an ink blending tool to create the sky. I then cut out the circle a second time with Kraft cardstock for the sand. I used the Stitched Snow Drifts to cut the top of the sand piece off and then I adhered the pieces onto the white cardstock panel.

I stamped and coloured the penguin and tree from the Penguins in Paradise stamp set with Copics and then cut them out with scissors. I let the tree go out of the circle area for a fun design and adhered the penguin with foam adhesive.

I added clear Wink of Stella to the penguin for some shimmer and added some clear sequins around the circle scene for some added dimension. To complete the card I stamped the sentiment underneath in black ink and adhered the panel to a Grout Gray card base with foam adhesive.

For my second card I used the new Adventure is Calling stamp set and coordinating die-namics to create a fun scene. I love the girl image in the set and had so much fun colouring her!

I first stamped her on white cardstock, coloured her with Copic markers and then diecut her with the coordinating die-namics.

To create the little city scene behind her I stamped the city skyline from the You're Super stamp set onto one of the new Zig Zag Stitched Square Stax with black ink and added some Summer Splash ink with a blending tool at the top for the sky.

Once I had the scene created, I inlayed it into a white cardstock panel diecut with the new Zig Zag Stitched Rectangle Stax die-namics and then stamped the sentiment underneath with black ink. I adhered the girl with foam adhesive for some dimension, added a Tropical Teal mat and then adhered the entire piece to a Grout Gray card base.

For my last card today I used the little bunny from the Adventure is Calling stamp set to create a fun little 'miss you' card. I love that bunny image and even though he's tiny, I wanted him to be the focal point on the card. ;)

I stamped him, coloured him with Copic markers and diecut him with the coordinating die-namics. I cut out a Zig Zag Stitched square, stamped the sentiment on it and then adhered the bunny with foam adhesive for some dimension.

I created an opening slightly larger in a white cardstock panel and then adhered the panel and the stamped square with foam adhesive, leaving the grout gray cardstock piece around the square inset.

To complete the card I stamped the pink card base with the Typewriter Text background stamp and then adhered the panel with foam adhesive. I also added some pink and clear sequins for some added detail.

Thanks so much for stopping by for day 4 of the MFT June Release countdown! The new release products will officially be available on the My Favorite Things website on June 2nd at 10pm EST!
