MFT June Release Countdown | Day 5

Hello and welcome to Day 1 of the My Favorite Things June release countdown! Every month I think the release is my new favourite... until the next month comes along lol! Well this month is no exception! I am so excited to share the newest products over the next five days as we count down to the release!

For today's card I used the new Watercolor Flowers stamp set (and coordinating die-namics) with the new Written in Watercolor stamp set. I love the flower images and the big, bold sentiments. They look so great together! ;)

I diecut the flower image from the white cardstock panel and then adhered it back into the diecut area once I had the stamping done. I used three colours of dye inks for the flower (Peach Bellini, Coral Crush and Persimmon). I love the dimension that the three colours together give the flower.

Once I had the leaves and flower stamped and everything was adhered to the card, I stamped the sentiment with black ink and let it overlap onto the flower image.

I stamped and heat embossed the stripe pattern on the bottom of the card and then adhered the white panel on a slant and framed it with strips of Sour Apple cardstock to match the green in the leaves.

Thanks so much for stopping by for day 5 of the MFT June Release countdown! The new release products will officially be available on the My Favorite Things website on June 2nd at 10pm EST!

Make sure to head over to the MFT blog for today's full product reveal, giveaways and links to lot's of amazing projects from the other MFT creative team designers! ;)

See you tomorrow for more countdown fun! ;)

  1. Pretty. Can I ask where the card is with the bunny on it? Is that bunny going to be a new stamp from M FT?
