Newton's Nook Delightful Doxies | Copic Colouring

Hello! Today I have a card to share that uses the adorable Delightful Doxies stamp set from Newton's Nook. Most of you know that I have a mini dachshund/mini pinscher mix named Molly and these adorable stamps look just like her! I love colouring them to look like her so I practiced until I found the right colours and got the right shading. I think I have it pretty close! ;)

For today's card, I used the puppy standing on her back feet with the string in her mouth and added the kite from the stamp set to make it look like she's holding onto it. I love all the fun ways you can use this stamp set. ;)

I created a little scene with patterned papers and then adhered my puppy on top so it looks like she's standing in the grass. I also added some clouds that I cut out from a Memory Box die and then covered them with a clear wink of stella glitter marker.

I stamped the kite onto a piece of orange patterned paper, added some shading with a Copic marker and then added some detail with white dots and clear glitter. I also added a little white bow that I tied with thin ribbon and adhered to the bottom of the kite with Matte Multi Medium glue.

You can see how I colour my puppies and how I created this card in the video below:

Thanks for stopping by today! Be back soon! ;)
