MFT October Release Countdown | Day 2

Hello and welcome to day 2 of the My Favorite Things October release countdown. For the next 5 days, we're counting down to the October release, sharing cards and ideas using the new products.

Today I have two cards to share that feature the new Hand-Lettered Christmas stamp set. Creating holiday cards that feature sentiments as the focal point is so easy with this stamp set! ;)

I created both cards making the sentiments the focus and didn't add any images on either card.

These cards are part of the free online class for the October release! Stay tuned tomorrow night for the release when the class goes live. You'll have access to a PDF download with instructions and supplies as well as a video sharing how I created the cards.

Thanks so much for joining me for day 2 of the October release countdown. All of the new products that we're sharing all week will officially be available in the MFT online store at 10pm EST on October 4, 2016.

Make sure to head over to the MFT blog for more ideas from the creative team and giveaways! ;)

  5. Your cards are simple but elegant! I love the first one using the sentiment in different colors to make the shape of the tree! Genius! And sequins can never hurt! The second card is peaceful! But it isn't plain because you added the detail to the left of the card which it needs. And, again, those all important sequins! Thanks for sharing.
