More SSS June Cards

Hey everyone!
Just wanted to share a couple more cards that I created using the June Simon Says Stamp card kit.

So Grateful For You

For this card, I repeatedly cut out hexagons with the Lifestyle Crafts hexagon dies from the map patterned paper in the kit and adhered them to a strip of the pink cardstock. I cut butterflies using Amuse Studio butterfly dies out of patterned paper and the vellum. I then layered them and adhered them to the card with one of the heart brads. For added interest, I put stickles on a few of the hexagons and the tips of the butterflies wings.

Beginnings

For this card, I used one of my favourite border punches from Martha Stewart Crafts - Birds on a Branch. I added a bit of colour to the encyclopedia page with tumbled glass distress ink and stamped the sentiment on vellum.
