Simon Says Stamp March 2013 Card Kit Blog Hop

We’re all ready for Spring. Are you?

This month’s card kit - Friendship Flowers is the perfect kit to get you in the mood for flowers blooming and springtime weather.

I was excited to start playing with it and to be part of this blog hop.

So welcome to my stop on the hop!! ;-)

I decided to use the 'With Sympathy' sentiment stamp from the kit to create a custom watercolour card that features some brighter colours using Inktense pencils. (a huge thanks to Jennifer McGuire for insisting that these were a must-have - she was right, you need to own these awesome pencils!!)

With Sympathy

I have also created a quick video showing how I created the embossed flowers and watercolour panel on my card -
