My Coolest Friend

Hello!

I have a card to share that features a really cute stamp set from Saturated Canary called Winter's Day. I have been seeing a lot of people colouring images with Tim Holtz Distress markers and decided to use them to colour this image. And I am in LOVE! ;)

I'm pretty sure this is currently my favourite card... I just love the colours and the way everything blended so well together. I'm pretty sure that I'll be colouring a lot more with my distress markers... I love the watercolor look that they provide.

Once I had the images all coloured, I used a sentiment from a Paper Smooches stamp set called Swanky SnowDudes. It didn't fit in the space on my card, so I cut it apart so I could position it the way I wanted. I think the sentiment goes awesome with the image.

To complete the card, I added some glossy accents to the heart on the snowman and also used my clear Wink of Stella glitter pen on the snowman, the snowflakes and the girls earmuffs.
