Cheers!

Happy New Year's Eve!!!

I have a card to share today since this is one of my favourite days of the year. I love looking back at the past year and reflecting on both my successes and my failures. All of those moments that combined together, helped me to get me to where I am today.

I am so ready and excited for a new year! A lot of big changes have been happening around here as we close out 2013 and I am so excited (and a little nervous) for the new year and the opportunities and challenges ahead!!

I hope wherever you are today/tonight, you take a minute to stop and think of the past year as the new year rings in. Think of what you wish you would have done differently, not done at all, or what you wish you would have had to courage to try.

It's a clean slate to start over and create a life that we want to live, no matter how scary or uncertain that may be! Bring it 2014!! ;)

Cheers!

A little FYI about this card:

I am not a gold person at all! I barely ever use it because I always just think silver looks better. But for some reason, I associate New Year's with gold, so I used a lot of it on this card. And I actually think it looks pretty good with the black and white card base.

Every stamped detail on this card is heat embossed with gold embossing powder. Two things to note about that - 1. It looks so shiny and festive in real life 2. It photographs terrible... sorry about that!

If I could, I would use Kelly Purkey glitter tape on everything I ever make forever. I love it that much!

Okay... I'm off to celebrate New Year's Eve with family!

Thank you to all of you who take time from your day to visit my blog. Here's to an amazing new year!!!
Be safe!!

Steph ;)
