The February 2014 kit is called Floral Fun and it has an awesome awesome stamp set, along with the awesome Basic Grey patterned papers and fun embellishments! ;)

I love the colours in this kit and they definitely make me think of spring and warmer temperatures (much warmer temperatures lol!!). The perfect kit to help us get out of the cold, winter blues! ;)

For my first card, I decided to use one of the awesome flower stamps and the 'loved' sentiment and stretch them across 3 diecut tags on the front of the card. I love the tone on tone of the white tags on the white notecard, and the splash of colour of the stamped images.

Loved Card

Supplies:

To do the stamping, I first diecut all three tags and adhered them down, side-by-side, with removable adhesive. I stamped the flower images first and then I stamped the sentiment over top.

When I adhered the tags to the card, I used foam adhesive and separated them a bit so they had some space between them. It gives it a fun effect because even though the tags aren't touching, the image is continuous across all three of them.

GIVEAWAY!

I have an extra February card kit to give away to one lucky winner! Just leave a comment on this post by January 19, 2014 and I'll draw a random winner!!

Thanks for stopping by today -
Be back soon!!

Steph ;)
