I got a chance to play in my craft room a bit today, so I got out some more of the new Simon Says Stamp exclusive dies and stamps for Valentine's Day and made a fun little card featuring none other than Simon! ;-)
I love that you can colour Simon and then add stamped accessories to him. So fun!!
Happy Love Day
Supplies:

For the stamped sentiment, I diecut one of the Talk Bubbles and then used a stamp from the new 'Just A Love Note' set. The stamp actually has a heart in between the Happy and Day, but I wanted to use a diecut heart instead that was a little bigger and matched the thin mat around the focal piece. So I cut the stamp apart and then added the diecut heart.
I love the look of white cardstock with a bit of dry embossing (just used my mini Martha Stewart scoring board) for a border and then the white talk bubble adhered with foam adhesive. Such a clean look that really lets the stamped piece take center stage.
And to finish the card off, I added some Rock Candy Stickles to the red heart.
Thanks so much for stopping by today!!
As always, let me know if you have any questions on how this card was created.
