Happy Birthday Card

Hello!

I don't have an art journal page to share this week (I was out of town over the weekend and didn't get a chance to create one) but I do have a fun, glittery birthday card to share.

I love all of the diecut inlay techniques I have been seeing and thought I would try the technique where you combine two diecuts and inlay them together. And to make it bright and fun, I used DCWV glitzy glitter and foil 6x6 paper pads. I love these papers! ;)

    I love the foil paper - didn't know that foil paper was available. It goes perfect with the glittery balloons.
