Hello and welcome to my stop on the Simon Says Stamp Mothers and Fathers 2014 Release Blog Hop!
This newest release celebrates both mothers and fathers, as well as springtime and new beginnings. There is some really great sentiments and adorable bird and flowers images! ;)
I created two cards for the release hop using the new Tall Flowers die and some sentiments from the new Summer Garden stamp set. I love how great the Tall Flowers die looks on its own and in a group on a card front.
Thinking of You
Supplies:
I also made a second card that uses the same die and stamp set, but in a different way. For the first card, I did a diecut inlay technique (you can watch the video below to see how I created it) and for the second card I diecut the flowers repeatedly, layered them on top of one another (to create dimension) and then added the same flowers diecut cut of Be Creative Tape on the top. I covered them with Glitter Ritz glitter and coloured them with Copic markers.
