SSS April Card Kit | Celebrate!

Hello! Today I have a card to share using the new Simon Says Stamp April card kit called Celebrate! I love the bright, fun colours in this months kit and couldn't wait to put all that colour onto a card.

Warning: It's really bright lol! ;)

I really wanted a lot of colour on this card and the exclusive rub-ons that come in the kit as well as the great cardstock colours, made that super easy. I layered all of the cardstock colours on top of one another and combined a bunch of the coloured rub-ons onto a piece of vellum to create the sentiment.

I love how great the orange, pink and mint cardstock look together and the rub-ons match them perfectly! It was so fun to mix and match them until I was happy with the image and the  sentiment underneath. And the rub-ons go on like butter... I forgot how much I love them! ;)

Once I had the sentiment done, I stamped the pink card base with a diagonal stripe stamp and embossed it with sparkle embossing powder for a fun look. I then layered all the colour on top, added the vellum sentiment and finished it off with clear sequins and silver stickles.

You can pick up the April card kit here for just $29.95 + shipping. Or if you’d like to receive this kit and future kits for only $24.95 + shipping per month, you can subscribe here. When you subscribe you will receive kits delivered to your door automatically!
