MFT Summer School | White Space

Hey everyone! Today is the last day of summer school over on the MFT blog and I'm the teacher today! ;)

I'm sharing a card that uses the Whole Herd stamp set and the Cow Print stencil to create a focal point and the use of white space to make my image stand out on the card.

The cow print was done with embossing paste for texture and the cow image was adhered with foam adhesive. I always think of white space cards as clean and simple and realized when I was creating this that I seem to be making these types of cards more and more. ;)

Make sure to head over to the MFT blog for today's post, a video showing how I created my card and another chance to participate and win!

We hope you enjoyed the MFT summer school and learned lot's of fun new ways to get crafty!

  1. I love this card. A question: You stamped the cow and colored it. Then the matching die is what I call a solid die. How do you place that over the stamped image to cut it perfectly? With the outline dies, it is easy. But with this type of die, I always cut first, then stamp so I can see!
